Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading and monitoring the client management team.
- Generating monthly, semi-annual and annual KPIs for the Client Management team and monitoring their progress through it.
- Working closely with each team member of the Client Management team to develop and guide them through their work and development plan.
- Researching and suggesting training programs that align with the scope of work of the Client Management team members.
- Working closely with the in-house brand Strategy Consultant and Client Management team to ideate, plan and execute campaigns.
- Analyzing brand’s social insights and suggesting acts to further improve them.
- Participating in the semi-annual evaluation of the team members.
- Planning and implementing promotional and digital marketing campaigns by delegating tasks to the members of the client management team and undertaking the responsibility of ensuring that each task is seen through the end.
