Main Responsibilities:

 

·         Preparation of: payroll,finger print report and analyzes, overtime balance and analyzes  , Leave Balance, Final entitlements & Personnel Accounting

     Recruitment & Selection:

·         Plan and implement a company-wide recruiting strategy geared towards process improvement, cost control, and new hires quality.

·         Source, screen, interview and close candidates in vacancies for multiple Subsidiaries.

·         Responsible for Executive Search assignments through the full life cycle of the recruitment process and develop a Top Executive candidates Database.

·         Liaise with hiring managers on clarifying specific hiring needs, advising them on best recruitment practice, creating recruiting plans, and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.

·         Manage and promote cost-effective candidate sourcing strategies such as direct recruiting methods, e-recruitment tools, referrals and social networking.

·         Apply behavioral & competency based interview methodology to candidate screening, conduct reference checks, negotiate and extend offers of employment.

·         Develop, manage and ensure implementation of key metrics to measure efficacy and ROI. Analyze and report the results of recruiting initiatives.

·         Keeps abreast of Kuwait Labor Law with respect to employment contracts, terminations, and hiring rules and regulations.

·         Developing the recruiting materials and tools including brochures, career website, external job boards, employee referral programs, job fairs, career days, etc.

·         Travels to local, regional, and international career fair locations, HR Conferences.

·         Implement and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall environment of the company.
