The HR Director is expected to guide and manage the overall provision of the HR department; its strategy, policies, and procedures.
He will be responsible for originating and leading all aspects of HR that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that focuses on empowerment, quality, productivity and high standards, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce to improve employee loyalty and satisfaction, and meet the Company’s vision and 
Objectives.
The Human Resources Director is expected to coordinate the implementation of services, policies, and programs through the Human Resources team; reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises the Company’s senior team about HR issues.
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy, with systems, policies and procedures covering all phases of HR activities including employee development, training, organizational planning & development, recruitment, performance management, and compensation & benefits based on the Company’s objectives, government regulations, and labor legislation  2. Ensure the integration of the developed HR policies and procedures across all company
